MaetrX RedHEAT

MaetrX RedHEAT technology has been developed to respond quickly. To actively store and reserve heat generated by both conventional and unconventional heat sources, such as, the sun, body heat, indoor/outdoor heating systems, lamps, etc... The storage of heat is equally distributed across the garment due to the yarn structure which incorporates micro crystalline particles in the fiber; the interior surface area of the fibers are larger than that of the standard synthetic fiber. This greatly enhances the fabric’s function to absorb odor, moisture and dry quickly.

In developing this technology, the advantages of MaetrX RedHEAT fabrics are over and above that of the leading heating fabrics, currently on the market.

Fabric advantages include; Heat reservation, quick to dry, neutralizing odors with it’s unique microporous structure allowing the aantimicrobial agent to be permanently active.

While aantimicrobial fabric treatments are a common trend, they do not last and eventually wash away. Fabric uses include but not limited to; base layers for athletic performance, outdoor uses in inclement weather, workwear safety clothing, outer shells for camping, etc...
